- Who pays for the ad spend?
- You do, directly. SignalBench runs experiments through your own Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads account — your platform invoice stays between you and the platform. Our pricing covers the software and the strategy, not the media buy.
- Why $49 for one experiment?
- Because the point is to make the cost of being wrong trivial. Running a real demand test used to cost a week of a junior marketer's time. We compressed that into a tool that pays for itself the first time it saves you a month of wasted building.
- What if I want to cancel?
- Cancel from your dashboard any time. Subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing period and unused credits remain usable for 30 days. No reactivation fees, no dark patterns.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If an experiment cannot launch due to a SignalBench error — a failed API call on our side, a broken creative, an unresolvable policy violation we introduced — we refund the experiment fee automatically.
- Is there a free tier?
- Not at the moment. Ad platforms charge real money, reviewers expect a real product, and running experiments on strangers has real costs. A free tier would be a worse version of the product and a worse signal to our platform partners.
